Room in a shared flat

From 1 November 2026 (limited until the end of March 2027, if it fits we can extend the rental agreement indefinitely) a room in our 3-person WG/4-person WG will become available. We are looking for a new female roommate for our open, friendly and lively WG at Witikonerstrasse in 8053 Zürich. Our WG is located in a quiet area in Witikon with good public transport connections. Shopping facilities, bakeries, post office and parks are in the immediate vicinity.

We offer:

• An unfurnished, bright and cozy room on the first floor. (Possibly a bed/wardrobe can be taken over)
• A fully equipped kitchen, where cooking is enjoyed.
• A shared living room with high ceilings and enough space for visitors, ideal for relaxing and being together.
• A balcony for sunny hours and relaxed evenings accompanied by a glass of wine or a cup of tea.
• WLAN, washing machine and all necessary household appliances.

About us:
I (f,30) am a social worker and work in a special needs school. I am mostly on the go spontaneously. Sometimes in nature, sometimes in the city, at events or also at parties. Over the summer I am mostly at festivals or traveling. At the same time, I appreciate quiet evenings at home and relaxed coexistence. We are looking for an open, uncomplicated person who wants a pleasant coexistence and at the same time appreciates their own space. Not a Zweck-WG! :)

(Parking space rental possible, pets not allowed)

We are looking for:
You! Between 30-40 years old and German-speaking. Ideally you are employed and have your own private social circle and also like shared evenings with the WG or friends. You are sympathetic, open, have an open-minded mindset and are sociable. You appreciate tidiness and cleanliness in your home. We place great importance on cleanliness in the WG.
