Room in a shared flat

As of 1 December we are looking for a person for our spacious 5.5-room apartment in a central and at the same time very quiet location.

Central and yet quiet
The apartment is located in the middle of Zürich and is only approx. 10 minutes on foot from Zürich HB. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet: The apartment is located in a 30 zone with little traffic.

The apartment
The apartment has high ceilings and offers plenty of space:

• 5.5 rooms
• Large living room with open kitchen
• 4 rooms, can be used flexibly as bedrooms, workspaces, or living rooms
• 2 bathrooms
• Additional anteroom on the EG can be used flexibly as hobby corners, storage space, TV corners, etc.
• Private terrace for grill, lounge, etc.
• Own washing machine and Tumbler
• Separate cellar compartment
• Apartment on two levels: elevated ground floor and lower floor
• The ground floor is shielded from the outside by a fence or a wall
• All rooms in the lower floor have windows and daylight

About the WG
Currently, there are three of us (all male, over 30) living together in the WG. Since Oliver will be leaving the apartment at the end of November, we are looking for a successor.

We are looking for a person who takes over the main rent together with the other roommates.

Furniture
If desired, there is the possibility to take over part of the existing furniture free of charge.

Interested?
Then we look forward to receiving a message with some details about you/you all and your current living situation. We would be happy to show you the apartment in person and discuss the various possibilities.
