Room in a shared flat

Since I will be traveling overseas for an extended period this year, I am looking for a flat mate who will keep an eye on things locally. I am a freelance publisher and am currently working on a sci-fi book with many illustrations. In addition, I create handmade craft products. I live in Zürich-Wipkingen between ZHdK and ETH-Hönggerberg, and it's about 11 minutes to the main station by tram. You have your own sleeping area, which is separated from my room by a door, a 100x200 cm bed, a large bookshelf, a spacious wardrobe, additional storage space, plenty of space in the bathroom, and free Wi-Fi and shared use of the laundry room. During the day and when I'm away, the entire apartment is at your disposal.
