Room in a shared flat

Beautiful, very bright room (16m2) with wooden floors and a view of the greenery - available from the beginning of January 2027, limited until 30.9.2027 (from 1.7. only 50% rent). This is in a 500-year-old, heritage-protected, modernly renovated house with a large garden and three sympathetic roommates. We share the kitchen, living room, an additional office/guest room, and two bathrooms. The dreamy yet well-connected location in the old village center of Albisrieden and great neighbors make our home a little paradise.

We are looking for an open, tolerant, and humorous roommate aged approx. 30. Structure and order in common rooms are just as important to you as they are to us. We are a smoke-free and perfume-free household. Since our home tends to be on the thin-walled side, it is an advantage if you are not a heel-walker and are mindful. We prefer a balanced gender ratio (2 men and 2 women), but are flexible depending on the situation.

We are
Raffael (42), hobby gardener, beekeeper and survivalist, also likes to do music and yoga. For balance, he works as a software developer.
Anna (36), dancing Acroyoga-Queen, with Swedish temperament and corresponding sauna passion.
Franziska (36), our aerospace engineer, who is interested not only in the universe but also in inner worlds. Horse riding, hiking, yoga, and cooking are just as much among her passions as exchanging with people.

Tram stops and shopping facilities are reachable in a few steps. In 20 minutes you are at HB, in Kreis 4, or in the water in 11 minutes by tram or bike... and the greenery is right behind the house.
