Room in a shared flat

3 room apartment centrally located in Seebach. In 5 minutes you are on foot at Bahnhof Oerlikon. The tram / bus and S-Bahn departs almost right in front of the house.
we would share the apartment only between the two of us and you have the possibility to contribute your ideas and further furnishings, as the WG is currently undergoing a complete change.

Both a garden and the balcony are available for your use. A cellar and attic are also available. If you have a green thumb, you are also allowed to use the newly created raised bed.

your room faces the garden, therefore it is quieter for you 😉 and a large built-in wardrobe is also available.

in the kitchen, you may exercise your skills as a porcelain engineer.

shortly about me: female, 36 years young and work at different working hours. The WG should not become a pure Zweckwg, therefore it would also be cool to chat about something together sometimes, which is why good German or English would be important.
