Room in a shared flat

**The room:** * Bright room with views into the Alps (approx. 13 m²) * See pictures for a first impression **About the apartment:** * Quiet location at the foot of the Uetliberg, surrounded by nature * With the tram at HB in approx. 15 minutes * Spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen for shared use * Two bathrooms * Balcony with a view of the mountains * Washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use (in the cellar) **About us:** We are two working men (28 & 29) who work in Zürich. In our free time, we are often outdoors – whether hiking, climbing, or skiing. We also frequently cook and eat dinner together. In the shared flat, we maintain a relaxed, respectful coexistence and enjoy shared moments, without there always having to be something going on. **Who we are looking for:** We look forward to someone who enjoys cooking with us sometimes, spending an evening on the balcony, or coming along on an excursion to the mountains. At the same time, we wish for a considerate coexistence in everyday life – meaning someone who has an eye for ensuring that everyone feels comfortable in the shared living space.
