Room in a shared flat

Our roommate is moving out – therefore, from mid-August or by arrangement, we are looking for a new person for our shared apartment near Spyriplatz in Kreis 6. We are Antea, Lorenz, Linus and Yuri (1 year old). We are in our early 30s, work as doctors (partly also night shifts) or a special education teacher and appreciate a communal WG life with occasional cozy togetherness over coffee, in the garden or shared dinners. At the same time, shift work, mutual consideration and the lively family life with a toddler (and potentially a second) are a matter of course in our everyday lives. This means: there will be playing, laughing, building, sometimes crying and quite often wondering. For us, the WG is not just a place to sleep. We like to cook together, play Tichu, go cycling, go to the mountains or jump into the Limmat, or spend summer evenings in the garden and chat about the day. All without obligation – but with a desire for community. In total, we have three floors, three bathrooms, a large kitchen-living area with direct access to the garden and plenty of space to live (145 qm). On the lowest floor, in addition to the kitchen, we have a living and dining room. The room is large (19 qm), bright and south-facing on the middle floor of our terraced house with a shared floor and bathroom. The room is unfurnished. The family lives on the top floor. We wish for someone who is approximately our age, has a desire for uncomplicated togetherness, does not just tolerate family life but likes to be a part of it, and finds reliability as well as a certain degree of order to be a matter of course.
