Hi everyone, Searching for a housemate(1 person) for a 20m² bedroom in a top floor penthouse. It’s a temporary rent (3 months) with a possibility of extension. Details of the flat: * Location: Zürich Altstetten, right next to Letzipark * Property type: 3.5 room flat (Duplex) with 120m² (very, very bright) * Fully renovated inside * 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office in the Gallery, Kitchen, 1 living room with dining area * Utilities: Fully furnished and equipped, except for the tenant's bedroom (king size bed with materace and sheets + towels + big closet with hangers are there). * Includes Washing, Drying and Dishwasher machines which can be used at any time * Entire apartment is cleaned up by roomba regularly (dry and wet) * Flat is controlled by Siri & Alexa. Most of the lights are automatically going on/off * View to the mountains from the bedroom; to the sunset from living room * Projector instead of TV The apartment is kept clean and tidy all the time. About me: Easygoing IT guy who is spending lots of the time abroad. Surroundings: * very convenient with Letzipark being 5 mins away, Denner and Aldi 2 mins away * Bus 89 & 83 is just next to the building. Tram 2 is 4 mins away * Zürich Altstetten train station is 8 min walking * Gym is 1 min walk
