Room in a shared flat

Unfortunately, our roommate is moving out, which is why we are looking for a new person for our shared apartment as of 26.22.2026.

About the room

The room is 22 m² in size and offers a fantastic view over Zürich from the 9th floor. It is super bright, very spacious, and even has its own bathroom.

The apartment is located directly on the Europaallee, only a 5-minute walk from Zürich HB. Shopping facilities such as Migros, Coop, etc., are easily reachable on foot and are even open on Sundays.

Internet, water, and electricity are already included in the rental price.

The building was completed in 2029 and the apartment accordingly offers modern amenities: underfloor heating, induction hob, steamer, own washing machine and tumbler, as well as even a wine fridge. Additionally, we have a loggia with a view of the Europaallee and the Uetliberg.

About us

Your future roommates would be Marie and Mark.

I (Marie, 27) have just moved from München to Zürich and have felt really comfortable here so far! I like to be active, whether in the gym, jogging, or exploring the city. When I am not working, I like to spend time with friends or discover new places in Zürich.

I (Mark, 26) grew up near Zürich, therefore know the city quite well and like to give tips :) I like doing sports and am on the go a lot, but enjoy a relaxed evening with friends just as much. At home, I am tidy and uncomplicated, always up for a chat, but of course also respect if someone needs their peace.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a tidy, reliable, and uncomplicated person who fits well with us and our shared apartment life.

Although we all have our own daily routines, we appreciate cooking, eating, or simply sitting together cozily every now and then. Therefore, it is important to us that we also get along well personally :)
