Room in a shared flat

I’m looking for a friendly new flatmate to share a spacious 4.5 room apartment (82 m²) close to Bucheggplatz. This two person flat is conveniently situated by the Bad Allenmoos tram stop, just 15 minutes from Zurich HB and Irchel park, and only 20 minutes from the airport. The flat has lots of natural light and the common spaces are fully furnished (owned by me). It is also possible to take over some of the furniture in the bedroom (18 m²), subject to agreement. The deposit for the flat is the standard 3 months rent, so CHF 4170.

The flat has a recently renovated shared kitchen and bathroom, with a dishwasher and large fridge and freezer, as well as a shower/bathtub. There are shared washing and drying facilities in the basement, as well as an indoor bike room.

I myself am a 28-year-old guy studying computer science as a PhD student at ETH. I have lived in Zurich for 5 years now, and I speak Czech and English (as well as a little German). In my spare time I like to play ice hockey, meet up with friends, play board games or video games and occasionally 3D print something.

My current flatmate is moving out, and so I am hoping to find someone in a similar age range to me to take over her room. I will graduate at the end of August next year and likely move out then, so I am looking for someone who would stay for at least until then (or longer if you want to find someone else at that point).
