Exchange central 3.5 room apartment for a larger one. For the new apartment, there are no exact requirements besides minimum size and max. price, it just has to fit.. with balcony. Preferred districts 1,3,4,5,6
(2,7,9,10 depending on location)

My apartment is very centrally located on the 4th floor on a side street to Langstrasse.
Large living/dining room facing the inner courtyard. In front of it, a large balcony.
Bedroom and small kitchen facing the street but somewhat set back from the street by a non-walkable (no floor-to-ceiling windows) balcony. On Friday + Saturday nights it can get a bit loud due to the proximity to Langstrasse. However, I have gotten used to it without any problems.
Built-in wardrobes including wardrobe in the entrance area.
Measured size is 49.5qm + 8qm balcony.
Current rent incl. utilities = 1900.-
