Room in a shared flat

I (47 restaurant manager - for 13 years in the shared flat) am looking for a new flatmate for the room in the pictures, effective immediately or by arrangement. It is a 3-person shared flat. My other flatmate Dominik is moving out at the end of September. The apartment has a total of 112 qm, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, dryer and washing machine in the kitchen, as well as a living room. A roof terrace also belongs to the apartment. This is not a Zweck WG! Rent: 990 CHF per month (including electricity, water, etc.). Deposit: 1000.-. The room has 14 qm, can be taken furnished or unfurnished and is for indefinite rental.
