1 room apartment

I am renting out my lovingly maintained 1-room apartment (17 m²) in the heart of Wiedikon, just one minute away from Schmiede Wiedikon and Hertersteg. The apartment was built in 2022 and is correspondingly modern, bright and in a very beautiful condition. Especially close to my heart is the large roof terrace, which runs almost around the apartment – for me a very special place to relax and enjoy, right in the city. In the house there is an elevator, a dishwasher is available and a private basement compartment is also included. The laundry room is very well equipped, so I could always wash without any problems. The neighbors are also friendly, uncomplicated and pleasant. Since I want to upgrade, I am looking for a 2.5-room apartment with approximately 50 m² in return, ideally in districts 1, 2, 3 or 4, with a rent of up to CHF 1,600. I am looking forward to passing on my apartment to good hands and am excited about suitable exchange offers.
