3 ½ rooms apartment

My 3.5-room apartment is located directly at Bäckeranlage in district 4. What I particularly appreciate about it: You are in the middle of the city and yet have a place to retreat to with the rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace is the real highlight for me. Since the apartment is on the top floor, it feels like it's an additional room under the open sky. Especially in the summer, I spend a lot of time there - for breakfast, reading or just to have some distance from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment itself is bright and flooded with light, with two large rooms and a smaller room, as well as a kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. It has the charm of an older Zurich apartment and feels open and pleasant. The location is excellently connected: Tram 8, Bus 31, and other connections are in the immediate vicinity, and it's about a 12-minute walk to the main station, and you can quickly get anywhere by bike. Shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, and everything you need in everyday life are right outside the door. For my next place of residence, I would like to be closer to nature. Especially, I am drawn to the water - to the Limmat or to the lake. The most beautiful would be a place where I can see water from the window or balcony and be there on foot in a few minutes. I am looking for a quiet retreat with a lot of light, space, and privacy. A balcony or terrace are important to me, just like green spaces or forests within walking distance. Ideally, the apartment has 3 to 3.5 rooms and at least 60 m² of living space. Especially nice would be large, open rooms with plenty of daylight and enough space to live, receive guests, and move around. Maybe someone is looking for exactly the city life, the rooftop terrace, and the central location that I currently have - and at the same time offers exactly the place I'm looking for for my next phase of life.
