Room in a shared flat

Hey! We’re subletting one furnished room in our beautiful spatious apartment over the summer! We’re looking for a tidy and respectful person who needs a place for the summer. 📆**Availibility** From the 11th of July until end of August. Tell us from when to when you would need the room! 📍**Location - Oerlikon** 12’ Tram 14+10 to the main station and ETH central 4’ Tram 14+10 to Oerlikon train station 2’ by foot to a big supermarket (Spar), pharmacy, bakery, Gelateria, hairdressers 🏙️**The flat and rooms:** * Room with big window (approx. 15 square meters) * whole flat: duplex of 140square meter * Very spacious living room with an open kitchen with dishwasher * 2 shared bathrooms and one separate toilet * 3 huge balconies (one is roofed) * washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat * View on the Uetliberg 🏡Flat life You’d share the flat with three other flatmates, but since we are sometimes away during the summer, it’s not always a full house.
