Maisonette room with a separate sleeping area

The room impresses with a really cool concept: it extends over two levels and offers a separate sleeping area in the upper attic. This allows the living and sleeping areas to be easily separated, so that the room is cozy and functional despite the open design.

On the lower level, there is a desk with a chair, a cozy sofa, and a large wardrobe. Upstairs, there is a bed with bedside tables, which nicely delimits the sleeping area from the rest of the room. Due to the sloped ceilings, the visible wooden beams, and the skylight, the room feels particularly cozy.

Additionally, I have a small dining table in the room, which fits super well into the furnishings and is perfect for cozy meals or a coffee in between.

Who I am looking for

I am looking for an employed person between 22 and 31 years old who fits well with the existing WG and can provide proof of a regular income as well as a valid employment contract. Young professionals who work in an office are preferred. Unfortunately, persons from gastronomy or similar areas cannot be considered due to the different working hours.

Application and viewing

A viewing of the room is required before applying, either in person or via video call.

Interested persons must submit an application form, a copy of their ID or passport, as well as their employment contract. The documents will be sent directly to the landlord.
