Room in a shared flat

Hi! I am not in Zürich from 27-July until 1-October and am renting out my room. Details \- The room is available to rent 27-July until 1-October \- Your roommates are Ron (~40), Nico (~35) \- The room is furnished (see pictures) and includes e.g. beamer, loudspeaker, bed, table, xbox (360, one, x), smart tv, ... \- Utilities, WiFi and cleanin service (kitchen and bathroom, twice a month) is included in the total price; no additional cost \- Smoking on the balcony Next steps \- Contact me with your details \- Short call between us to discuss the details / can show you the apartment via video call \- Onsite visit or vide call (your choice) to get to know the roommates \- Move in Your roommates (and I) are all working and generally super relaxed. We sometimes grab a coffee together or go for a swim and respect each others privacy. We speak german and english.
