Room in a shared flat

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a modern, well-maintained shared apartment in Witikon, Zurich, from November 1, 2026, until March 31, 2027. You would be sharing the apartment with two 25-year-old guys.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, well connected by public transport and close to shops and other amenities. The apartment is located just 1-2 minutes walk from the bus stop.

The rent is CHF 820 per month, and my current rental contract with Intermezzo Houses AG will be transferred to the new tenant.
