Room in a shared flat

Hi! I'm 29, female, and work at a Big Four company in Zürich. Originally I come from Ukraine. My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for one person to share the apartment with me. Having a calm, pleasant atmosphere at home is really important to me, so I'm hoping to find someone who feels the same way. The contract runs until 31.05.2027 only, since the building is going to be demolished after that. You can rent the room empty, or I can leave a some basic IKEA furniture: wardrobe, desk and a 90x200 bed for a small extra fee (these are different pieces than what's shown in the photos). The living room and kitchen will be empty when you move in, as my flatmate is taking his furniture and kitchen items with her. About the apartment: Two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is also basement cellar assigned to the apartment. It's about a 10 minute walk to Oerlikon station, with frequent direct trains to Zürich HB (around 5 to 7 minutes) and the airport (around 10 to 13 minutes). Coop is 3 minutes away on foot, Also is 10 minutes. Close distance to universities (UZH, ETH) Street parking is available if you have a car (Blue Zone). Looking forward to hearing from you!
