Room in a shared flat

My roommate is moving out, so I am looking for a new female or male roommate starting from 02.22.2026.

A little about me:
I am Linda, 27 (soon 28). I enjoy my time alone, but I am just as happy to have a chat in the kitchen, a shared cooking evening, or a cozy evening on the sofa. Respectful coexistence is important to me, where both have their own space, but it's not just a purely functional shared flat where people live past each other.

The apartment:

• Shared living room
• Kitchen
• Bathroom with shower
• Balcony facing the courtyard
• Large cellar compartment
• There is space in the courtyard to lock up bicycles

Location:
In the middle of Kreis 5, directly by the Josefwiese. Perfect for a summer evening in the park, and cafés, bars, and the Viadukt are right around the corner.

Costs:
CHF 2'970 all inclusive. In addition, there is internet, which we will have to set up anew; so far, that was approx. CHF 20 per person.
