Furnished room in a 2-person shared flat – from 2 November 2026 – only for a woman

We are renting a furnished room in a 3-room apartment to a woman. The room is available from 2 November 2026 and is initially for rent on a limited basis.

Important: According to the landlord's specifications, the room may only be used by one person. Co-use by a partner is therefore not permitted.

🏡 About living together

Only nice and pleasant people live in our house. Therefore, we are looking for a quiet, considerate person who values respectful coexistence and fits well into the existing shared apartment.

We are not a party WG and wish for a relaxed coexistence without nightly hustle and bustle. 😊

Pets are allowed upon request and by arrangement.

📍 Central location

The apartment is very centrally located and has good transport connections:

• 5 minutes on foot to Tierspital
• 8 minutes with bus 75 to Bahnhof Oerlikon
• Approx. 27 minutes with the tram to Zürich HB and Bellevue
• Approx. 7 minutes by car to the airport
• Approx. 28 minutes with the tram to the airport

🏠 Amenities

• Furnished room for sole use
• Kitchen and bathroom for shared use
• Washing machine in the basement with entry in a washing schedule. However, a free washing slot can always be found.
• No living room – each person has their own room.

📅 Rental duration and perspective

The rental start is on 2 November 2026. The tenancy is initially limited.

If living together works well and everything fits, there may be the possibility at a later date to take over the entire 3-room apartment. This, however, is non-binding and cannot be guaranteed.

👤 Who we are looking for

Weekly residents and employees of the airport are particularly welcome. However, I am also open to other interested women, provided it fits well personally and in living together.

The following documents and requirements are mandatory:

• Current extract from the debt enforcement register (Betreibungsregisterauszug)
• Criminal record extract (Strafregisterauszug)
• Proof of employment
• Rental deposit

The room is rented exclusively to a woman and is intended for one person.
