We are offering our great, very bright and superbly located 3-room apartment for exchange. The apartment has a window front in the living/kitchen area and a balcony around the entire apartment. It is equipped with a washing machine/tumbler and, despite the proximity to Schaffhauserplatz, is rather quiet. (Tram and cars can be heard, but it is not disturbing, if one likes urban living.) Throughout the year, the apartment is in a perfect sunny location and is therefore also very bright. Plants grow quickly and tomatoes grow great in summer.
