2 rooms apartment

Ground floor apartment in Zurich, towards inside hedge - no one from the street can see inside, I've lived in this apartment for 3 years. But now I'm going to be moving to the United States on October 5th - thus I need someone to take over the lease.

It's a 2 room apartment, no noise from any neighbors. Large storage room in the basement. Dishwasher in the kitchen. Washing machine in the bathroom. Very high roof and very large apartment.
