Room in a shared flat

We are renting out an unfurnished room of approx. 22 m². The move-in date is 2 November, but we are happy to coordinate.

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an older residential building in Kreis 3 and is small but fine at 65 m². We share a small bathroom and a medium-sized kitchen, which serves as our living and dining room at the same time. Zürich Binz station and Manesseplatz are reachable on foot in four minutes. Coop, Denner, Lidl, Buchmann are also just around the corner.

The room faces the green inner courtyard and is super beautifully quiet.

About us:

We are Ava (Polish, 27) and Lara (German, 29) and both work partly from home. Lara is a doctoral student and researcher at the Universität Zürich. In her free time, Lara likes to go swimming and rowing on the Zürichsee. Ava works in marketing and designs her own clothing on the side. Together we mainly speak English.

We like to spend time together, chat in the kitchen about our day, cook, or also go out together sometimes. At the same time, it is important to us that everyone has their own space and can withdraw. We are generally a very relaxed, tidy WG and respect everyone's privacy. We are not really a party WG, but our friends are of course welcome. For us, communication in a shared apartment is super important, and we value open conversations very much.

Our apartment is on the first floor of an older building in Kreis 3. At 65 m², it’s small but cosy! We share a small bathroom and a medium-sized kitchen, which also is our living and dining room. Zürich Binz train station and Manesseplatz are both a four-minute walk away. Coop, Denner, Lidl are also just around the corner.
The room faces a green inner courtyard, so it’s really lovely and quiet.

A little about us:
We’re Ava (27, Polish) and Lara (29, German), and we both work from home somtimes. Lara is a PhD student and researcher at the University of Zurich. In her free time, she enjoys swimming and rowing on Lake Zurich. Ava works in marketing and has her own small fashion brand on the side. We mainly speak English together.

We enjoy spending time together, chatting about our day in the kitchen, cooking or occasionally going out. At the same time, it’s important to us that everyone has their own space and can retreat when they need some time to themselves.
We’re generally a very relaxed and tidy flatshare, and we respect each other’s privacy. We’re not really a party flat, but friends are welcome! Good communication is super important to us.
