Room in a shared flat

In our large, cozy 4-person shared flat, a room (15sqm) is becoming available.
The spacious apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the HB and is located directly on the Limmat. The large terrace with a magnificent view of the Limmat and Platzspitz invites you for shared barbecues and beers. Additionally, there is a 30+sqm living room, two bathrooms, as well as a washing machine/dryer in the apartment. A parking space can be rented if required.

In addition to the rent, there are monthly additional costs of approx. 100 CHF for cleaning service, internet/TV, electricity & MrGreen Recycling.

We are looking for an upbeat roommate who is firmly established in professional life and is between late 20s and mid-30s. Our future roommate should bring a healthy sense of order and cleanliness, be respectful in dealing with roommates, and be open to sociable flat evenings, as we want to pursue a family-like WG approach :)

Briefly about us: we are:

• A Machine Learning Engineer (29), our football star with a preference for midnight snacks.
• An NGO lawyer (35), with a preference for books and a tendency to take naps on the terrace.
• An auditor (32), our WG dancer, who may audit numbers but likes to lose track of time during the "last" dance on the dance floor.
