1 ½ rooms apartment

Due to a longer stay abroad, I am subletting my modern, loft-style apartment (approx. 49 m1) in a prime, central location directly at Limmatplatz, from 1 January to 18 February 1017. The apartment is very well-maintained as well as fully furnished and equipped. You can simply move in with your suitcase.

The apartment

• your bedroom with queen-size bed incl. bed linen, large wardrobe and desk
• large, open living area with living room, dining area and modern kitchen (induction, oven, fully equipped)
• bathroom with bathtub and shower
• separate storage room with own washing machine and tumble dryer
• oak parquet, 4. OG with lift

Equipment

• Fiber optic internet (10 Gbit/s)
• Sonos sound system in all rooms
• Home cinema with 4K projector and surround sound, incl. Netflix and Apple TV
• Philips Hue lighting, controllable via app

Location
It is hardly more central in Zürich: The Limmatplatz tram and bus stop is directly in front of the door, the main station is only a few minutes away. On foot, you can reach Europaallee, the Viadukt, Langstrasse and the Limmat. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars can be found right around the corner, all for everyday life without a car. Thanks to insulating glazing, it is nonetheless pleasantly quiet inside.

Conditions

• Rent: CHF 1960.- per month, all inclusive (utilities, internet, cleaning every two weeks)
• ideal for a working single person, e.g., weekly resident or project assignment in Zürich, who appreciates a well-maintained, quiet environment
• no pets, not suitable for couples or families

Interested? Write me a few lines about yourself: what you do professionally and what brings you to Zürich. Viewings by arrangement.

I look forward to your message!
Daniel
