3 ½ rooms apartment

Very central flat, fully furnished, 3.5 rooms. More photos by request. 5min to Sihlcity, Google and 5min to Paradeplatz by tram. Cheminee and modern kitchen. Rooftop but no balcony. Fiber internet. Machine downstairs with flexible plan. I have a portable AC for hot days :) Move in date from now/asap/by agreement for approx. a year - I am open to discussions but at least until July next year. Earliest move in possible: 1. September. Important: there is a construction side next door, from 7.30am - 16.30, MO to FR. Sometimes it is loud, sometimes not. So if you work from home every day, it might not be the right place. If you are interested pls let me know **what dates you would like to sublease and a bit more about your situation - I won't respond without this information.** I also speak (Swiss) German :) Also: No WG's and not very suitable for small kids Viewing is possible asap. Only to non smoker since no balcony.
