Our residential building is centrally located in Niederdorf, between Hauptbahnhof and Uni / ETH. The rooms have laundry facilities, a bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and lighting are provided. Fiber optic connection and Sunrise connection included (registration via a provider). Shared use of the renovated kitchen / refrigerator. New washing machine and tumbler available. Shower / WC are located on the floor. Service charges, such as heating, water, electricity and lift service, are defined as a flat rate. Toilet and shower are cleaned 1 x per week by a cleaning company.

The minimum rental period is 6 months, the notice period 2 months. If the rental agreement is terminated within the first 6 months, an administrative fee of Fr. 200.-- will be charged. The rental deposit is Fr. 2000.00
