Room in a shared flat

We are Nathalie (28) and Simon (25), two long-time friends who are unfortunately now losing our third member :( Therefore, we are looking for someone to make our little WG-family complete again!

For us, a shared apartment is definitely more than just a functional community. We enjoy spending time together, cooking together, doing sports, traveling, and doing quite a lot together otherwise. Of course, everyone has their own daily routine and private space, but we greatly appreciate that we don't just live together, but truly live life together.

Who are we actually?

Nathi (28): Is currently preparing for her osteopathy studies and is an active pole vaulter. She previously worked in the construction industry.

Simon (25): Studies Chiropractic Medicine at the UZH and is also quite enthusiastic about sports. A former track and field athlete, he is currently more into calisthenics and other sports.

And the apartment?

A beautiful room with its own en suite bathroom awaits you in a modern, spacious new-build apartment near Bucheggplatz. In addition to your private retreat, the common living areas, which we enjoy using extensively, are also available to you.

Yes, we are aware that the rent for a single room is rather high. However, we have never viewed our WG as three individual rooms, but rather as a shared home. So, you are not just renting a room from us, but becoming part of a WG where you feel comfortable, enjoy coming home, and share life together. And when you view the entire apartment as your home, the price-performance ratio suddenly looks quite different.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone between 20 and 35 years old who is interested in an active, warm, and uncomplicated WG life. Someone who enjoys spending time together, is occasionally spontaneously part of a shared dinner, and appreciates our togetherness as much as we do.

Of course, it is important to us that everyone has their own space and can also close the door behind them sometimes. Anything is possible, nothing is mandatory – the main thing is that the personalities fit!
