We are looking for a sublet for October for our spacious and bright 3-bedroom apartment located between Schaffhauserplatz and Milchbuck, just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop Guggachstrasse (Trams 7 & 14).

The apartment offers:

• a large living room with access to a balcony,
• an open-plan kitchen and dining area,
• 3 bedrooms (oneof which is available for rent):
• ~20m2, price per month: 1286 CHF incl. utilities (321.5 CHF/week)
• a separate office room (perfect for home office),
• one bathroom and a separate toilet.

The flat is well-connected to the city, supermarkets (Coop and Migros within 3 min walk), and Irchel Park, making it ideal for students and young professionals.

The room is available from October 1st until November 1st. The room is currently furnished. Please note that a small deposit will also be required upon move-in.

About us:
We are 37, respectively 32 years old - a argentinian somelier and a postdoc student at ETH Zürich, both easy-going, who enjoy a calm and respectful shared flat environment. We’re looking for open-minded, reliable flatmates who enjoy a relaxed but friendly WG atmosphere.
