2 ½ rooms apartment

I’m renting out my 2.5-room apartment in Altstetten. It’s in a really convenient location, just a 7-minute walk to Altstetten station and 1 minute from Bachmattstrasse tram stop. The apartment has a separate living room and kitchen, a balcony, and gets a lot of natural light, which makes it a very pleasant place to live. The building does not have an elevator. In the basement there is a shared washing machine and dryer, as well as a private Keller. The apartment is rented furnished, although the furniture is not exactly the same as in the photos. Most of the furniture will stay in the apartment and would need to be taken over by the new tenant. It’s a place I’m leaving with some regret, as it’s been a very comfortable home and the rent is very attractive.
