💕🏡 We (Nadine, Lotta and Shanti) are looking for a fourth female flatmate for our beautifully renovated 4.5 room old building apartment.

• 15m2
• 12.0 CHF incl. service charges (except electricity and radio/TV)
• Unfurnished
• Beautiful original wooden floor
• Middle room (between 2 other bedrooms)

🤩🌺 We are looking for you:

• Preferably female, 25-35 years old
• Considerate (as it is somewhat thin-walled) and tidy
• Open and humorous person
• The room is also well suited for people who are often on the go (e.g. flight attendants or weekly residents)

*Looking for a long-term home

• Likes cats (2-3 times per year cat visits)

🙋🏻♀️ About us, your future flatmates:

• Are between 25-32 years old
• Like to chat and are open to more joint activities
• Have a cleaning plan (everything is cleaned once a week)
• Work in different industries (travel industry, marketing and nature)

• Large open hallway
• Modern and renovated kitchen with high construction standards
• Separate WC and bathroom (with bathtub), modern and renovated
• Large covered balcony (10m2) facing the greenery
• 2 cellar compartments
• Washing machine and drying facilities in the cellar
• Garden seating area for shared use

There is no living room, as the kitchen and the large balcony are well suited as a common room🥰
