Room in a shared flat

Since I will be traveling for 18 months starting from November, I am subletting my furnished room in our 5-person shared flat from 11.11.2026. The room features its own bathroom with shower and WC and is rented including a bed, clothes rail, table, chair, as well as two USM pieces. If desired, the bed can also be removed. Currently, four roommates around the age of 30 live in the shared flat. We all lead our own lives and pursue our own projects, but we value uncomplicated and respectful coexistence. Shared evenings usually arise spontaneously - whether for a short chat in the kitchen, an after-work beer, or an unexpectedly long late-night talk. I am looking for a reliable and uncomplicated person who wants to take over the room for the entire duration of 18 months and gets along well with the existing roommates. Since I will be moving back in after my return, I would be happy to find someone who treats the room and the furnishings during my absence as if they were their own 🤍
