Hottingen, Kreis 7 - stadtnah und dennoch ruhig. Nahe Tram 3,8,9 unter 20 Minuten zum HB. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Cafes, Post und Apotheke in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG, 220 m² Wohnfläche, 2 Badezimmer, Kamin, Klavier und Gym zur Mitbenutzung.

All-inclusive Miete: 2’580 CHF (inkl. zweiwöchentlicher Reinigung, Nebenkosten, Serafe, Internet, Mr. Green Recycling). Kaution: 3’789 CHF.

Besonders wichtig ist uns ein natürlicher Sinn für gepflegte gemeinsame Wohnräume.

A room is becoming available in our pleasant shared apartment with three flatmates between 25 and 34, all working professionals, sporty and often on the go.

Hottingen, District 7 - close to the city, yet quiet. Near tram line 3,8 & 9 less than 5 minutes from ETH and 20 minutes to Zurich HB. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, the post office and pharmacy are all within less than 5 minutes’ walking distance.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, 220 m², 2 bathrooms, fireplace, piano, and a private gym.

All-inclusive rent: CHF 2,020 (incl. biweekly cleaning, utilities, Serafe, internet, Mr. Green recycling). Deposit: CHF 3,789.

What matters to us is a natural sense for keeping shared living spaces clean and well maintained.
