Effective immediately, we are renting out a room in this cozy 3-room apartment in an absolute top location in the Zürcher Seefeld - only a few steps away from Lake Zurich.

Here are the most important details:

• Start of lease: Effective immediately
• Lease duration: Limited, with the possibility of extension)
• 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchen & balcony

And now to you and what you should fulfill:

• Are between 18 and 33 years old
• Are either a student or already established in professional life
• Non-smoker 🚭
• If you come from abroad, have at least a residence permit B
