Room in a shared flat

We rent a room in a shared flat, which you will share with a roommate, Matthias. The room is in a great location. It is a nice room. See photos. The price includes all additional costs. The tenant signs a sublease agreement and pays a refundable deposit in the amount of one month's rent. The apartment is located above a restaurant in an older building. In the basement, a washing machine with dryer is available to tenants; access is through the restaurant garden. It is 10 minutes' walk from the main station and 15 minutes' walk from ETH / UZH. Matthias is 36 years old, Swiss and a master's student. He likes a quiet, clean apartment. The roommate he is looking for is orderly and can participate in shared meals and conversations as well as in the costs for household items such as cleaning products and toilet paper. We are looking for a reliable, clean, quiet person who helps with cleaning etc. and keeps the apartment clean.
