2 ½ rooms apartment

We are looking for new tenants starting from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement for our beautiful 2.5 room apartment by Herzog & De Meuron right by Lindenplatz, Altstetten. The apartment has everything one needs (laundry tower, large rooms, dishwasher) and is best suited for couples or single individuals. It is oriented towards the west, so that one has the perfect view over the roofs of Zurich towards the evening sun as well as the Uetliberg. We are moving because we need an additional room, but were more than satisfied with the apartment. The apartment has a storage room (Reduit), but no attic/cellar compartment. In addition, our underground parking space can also be taken over for CHF 250.00 if required. We look forward to hearing from you!
