Room in a shared flat

In a quiet and central location in Zürich Wollishofen, I am offering a bright, furnished room for sublet in our family house. The room can also be rented without furniture. The temporary room (18.7 m²) is intended for modest requirements and is particularly suitable for commuters. A shared bathroom with shower/bathtub is located on the same floor. The shared kitchen is located on the ground floor. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for free use in the cellar. We are not a classic shared apartment (WG), but we look forward to contact. Since my son is on an internship in Japan, we are renting out an additional room. Our house is currently occupied by me (f/60/education) and a subtenant in the attic. An additional subtenant, who is absent until November, occupies the sous-sol and has her own premises. We have a cat and three rabbits in the garden. We are not loud, but we like to listen to music often.
