2 rooms apartment

After six years, I am reluctantly giving up my 2.5-room apartment in the heart of Zürich Wiedikon and am looking for a new tenant as of 16 November 2026. According to the administration, the new rent will be approximately CHF 2900.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, features two balconies, a cellar compartment and an attic compartment, and is perfect for everyone who loves urban life. It can hardly be more central: the tram stop Werd and the Wiedikon station are practically at your doorstep, the Coop Pronto is just around the corner, and countless cool restaurants, cafés and bars are only a few minutes' walk away.

What made the apartment special for me is not just the location, but also the house itself. The neighbors are incredibly warm, the atmosphere is super pleasant, and even the laundry works totally uncomplicatedly.
