Hello everyone I am renting out my central 1-room apartment. The apartment in its entirety is not particularly large, it is very bright due to the 2 large windows. The kitchen is located on the opposite side of the windows and the bathroom is a separate room. To the HB it is 5min from the Stauffacher station by tram. Supermarkets, pharmacy, hairdresser, everything can be found within walking distance. To the ETH/UZH it is also 5min from the Stauffacher station to the Uni tram station.
