Hi everyone! So this is it: we’re putting together a group for a shared flat and we’re missing just one last person, the fifth flatmate! It’s a villa just above ETH/UZH (5 minutes’ walk to ETH) with a view of the lake! It comes with 3 balconies, a terrace, a garden, its own garage and more!

• The address is: Restelbergstrasse, 8044 Zürich (Zürichberg)
• You can move in right away in November, or in December if that suits you better
• The rent is CHF 2,330 per month in total, including utilities and everything else
• The flat is huge, 6.5 rooms (260 m²), so everyone gets their own separate, very spacious room + of course a big kitchen with a minibar + 3 bathrooms
• Our own washing machine and dryer in the flat, cellar, bike storage, lift right up to the flat
• Quiet location

About us:
We’re four students at UZH, all originally from the Czech Republic: me (Timon), doing my Master’s in AI, my sister Glenda, doing her Bachelor’s in Communication Science, David, doing his Bachelor’s in Banking, and Jacob, doing his Master’s in Finance. We’re a friendly, easygoing bunch and looking forward to meeting you!
