Room in a shared flat

We are Adèle, Laurent, Lucia, Sarah, and Simona and we are looking for a new person for our 7.5-room apartment. We are all in our 30s and work in different fields (start-up, IT, environment, education, agriculture). We like to cook, eat, and discuss - sometimes for each other, sometimes with each other. We celebrate Flämmli in autumn, a ski weekend in winter, the robot window cleaner in spring, and the grill in summer. We enjoy socializing together, but also leave space to do our own thing. The constellation is new, as from 01.08. two new people will move in with you. We're looking forward to shaping the living together! The modern spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet neighborhood, yet very central and close to Binz station (S10). The core of the apartment is an open kitchen connected to the dining and living room. Two bathrooms with bathtub/shower and toilet, washing machine/tumbler, and a third guest toilet are also available. The loggia with grill and afternoon sun is on top. The free room is 18m2 large and costs CHF 1050.- per month. The rent includes ancillary costs, electricity, Serafe, purchases for daily needs, and cleaning of the common areas.
