Located in the heart of Zürich Oerlikon, this apartment is ideally situated between the city center and the airport. Oerlikon station is only a 3-minute walk away, with various shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All rooms are non-smoking areas; smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace. In case of non-compliance with the non-smoking rule, a fee of CHF 250 will be charged. Check-in is possible from 16:00 and check-out until 11:00. For bookings lasting longer than 31 nights, an apartment check will be carried out before departure to check for damages. Guests are liable for damages caused by negligence, smoking, or misuse. Guests are obliged to treat the apartment and its furnishings with the utmost care and to dispose of waste in the designated containers. The landlord assumes no liability for theft, damage, or loss of the guest's personal belongings. Guests are not insured against risks of the accommodation (e.g., accident, illness, theft, water and fire damage); private liability insurance is mandatory and is the responsibility of the guest. Guests staying 91 nights or longer must register with the authorities within 10 days of moving in and de-register upon moving out.
