Effective immediately, we are renting out three rooms in this beautiful 3-room apartment at Ämtlerstrasse 6, 8003 Zürich.

• Shared flat: 3-person WG
• Location: Ämtlerstrasse 6, 8003 Zürich
• Common areas: Kitchen, balcony and bathroom

The apartment is centrally located in Zürich-Wiedikon with very good connections to public transport as well as numerous shopping, restaurant and leisure options in the immediate vicinity.

Due to the 3-person WG, the apartment offers a good mix of shared living and sufficient privacy.

The WG is rented on a fixed-term basis until the end of March 2027, but will be extended as needed.

And now to you and what you should fulfill:

• You are between 18 and 33 years old
• You are a student or have already entered professional life
• You are a non-smoker
• If you come from abroad, you have at least a residence permit B
