I am swapping my beautiful, bright 1.5-room apartment in the Zürcher Seefeld. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a very quiet house and was renovated in 2021. On approx. 33 m², it is very well laid out and appears exceptionally bright and cozy due to the many windows. My personal highlight is the balcony with a dreamlike view of the greenery. You practically sit among the treetops, have hardly any view from other apartments, and even have a small view of Lake Zurich in the distance. In summer, you mainly hear birdsong here. Despite the excellent connections, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. - Location - The location is truly exceptionally practical: Zürich Tiefenbrunnen station is only about a 3-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Zürich HB in only about 6 minutes or 2 stops. Through the underpass, you are also directly at Lake Zurich in approx. 3 minutes. From there, you can walk or cycle beautifully along the water towards the city center. For me, the apartment ideally combines the proximity to nature and the lake with a very fast connection to the center. - Amenities - The apartment features a modernly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with: * Stove * Oven with microwave function * Dishwasher * Refrigerator with freezer compartment * plenty of storage space and cupboard surface Particularly practical is also the own washing machine directly in the apartment. A lift is available. Particularly practical: From Seefeldstrasse, you can reach the lift directly through the parking garage and thus conveniently up to the apartment.
