1 rooms apartment

I am renting two adjacent rooms (approx. 27 m² together, partially furnished or unfurnished by arrangement) to one person in a spacious, bright 4-room old building apartment with a total of approx. 170 m².
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has four balconies. Kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, and hallway are to be used communally.
Location: Zürich Enge, Kreis 1, in a quiet and beautiful residential area. It takes about 5 minutes to reach the lake or Rieterpark. Good transport connections, nice house community, and fortunately no laundry schedule ;-)
About me: I am a photographer and designer, mid-40s, experienced in shared living, and work outside the house. During the week, I am mostly not at home during the day. I value uncomplicated, respectful coexistence, where each person also has their own personal space.
I am renting to commuters:s who use the rooms for professional reasons during the week.
