We are renting out our modern and fully furnished apartment in Zürich-Oerlikon for three months as a sublet.

• Period: 1. February to 30. April 2027
• Rent: CHF 4’150 per month incl. utilities and internet
• Deposit: CHF 1’000
• Insurance: Proof of valid household contents insurance as well as private liability insurance with coverage for tenant damages required
