1 ½ rooms apartment

I am subletting my 1.5-room apartment close to Tierspital, immediately till middle of November (slightly flexible). The apartment has: * Main room with parquet floor, with a queen-size bed and a couch * separate kitchen * separate bathroom * entering hall with parquet floor * Balcony and table with chairs * 55'-TV * Common washing machine and dryer It is located very close to Oerlikon, where supermakets and shops can be found, and there is a SPAR supermarket at 5 minutes distance from the apartment. UZH is at walking distance. Tram stop within a minute walk. It is fully furnished. I would give preference to somebody that likes plants too and would be happy to water them once per week or two.
