2 room apartment

Hey, I'm Emma! I'm a Master's student about to graduate, and I am looking for someone to take over my lease until at least March 31, 2027 ("Nachmieter") with the possibility to extend afterwards.
The studio is located near Wipkingerplatz (25, Burgstrasse, Studio Nr. 104). It's 24 m2, plus a separate 5 m2 storage room (on the same floor), and is on the ground floor.
I was the first person to live in this studio and have been here for two years, so everything is still in very good condition!
The studio was completely unfurnished when I moved in, so I bought all the furniture myself. Since I won't be able to take it with me, I'm happy to leave all the furniture shown in the pictures for free! As long as you take everything together (no individual pieces). You can still apply if you'd prefer the studio unfurnished!

• 24 m2 studio + 5 m2 private storage room
• Bathroom with a walk-in shower
• Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stovetop, oven and dishwasher
• South-facing windows
• Underfloor heating
• Dedicated bike parking space
• Elevator (the main entrance is on the first floor)
• Shared laundry room
• Fiber-optic connection available, but you'll need to bring your own Wi-Fi router!

THE FURNITURE
Mostly IKEA furniture, all included for free : bed, mattress (2.0x200), bedside table, lamp, bathroom storage cabinet, dining table, 2 chairs, desk, dresser, bookshelf and shoe cabinet.

AVAILABILITY
Once you send me your application and the required documents, I'll forward it to my landlords along with the other applications I receive. My landlords will then review them and decide who gets the studio.
Apparently the approval process can take up to 2 weeks, so please keep that in mind! :)

TRANSPORTATION

• 2 min walk to Wipkingerplatz
• 5 min walk to Escher-Wyss-Platz
• 5 min walk to Wipkingen train station

• 15 min to Zürich HB (main station and city center)
• 15 min to ETH Hönggerberg
• 20 min to ETH Zentrum / UZH

• 2 min walk to a small Coop
• 3 min walk to a small Denner
• 2 tram stops to a Migros supermarket
• Really nice pizza place right across the street
• Wipkingerpark and Unterer Letten are nearby, great spots for swimming or just chilling by the river
