Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my small but fine furnished room in a 4-person shared flat in Kreis 5, as I will be traveling from January to March.

Period: 01.01.2027 – 30.03.2027
I am somewhat flexible regarding the move-in and move-out dates – a few days earlier or later is possible by arrangement.

🛏️ Room & Apartment
The room is approx. 14 m2 in size and is furnished. The bed is 160 × 200 cm.

You would live together with Annamaria (27), Jochen (38) and Theo (58). Since everyone is often on the go, the apartment is mostly rather quiet and it is rare for everyone to be there at the same time:

• Theo and Jochen regularly spend time outside of Zürich.
• Annamaria works outside of Zürich during the week and is usually only in the apartment on the weekend.

The apartment has a large kitchen, a dining room as well as a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. A special highlight is the huge roof terrace, which we use together with the other residents of the house.

📍 Location
The apartment is located very centrally in Kreis 5, near Limmatplatz, and is excellently connected.

🚋 Tram and Bus: approx. 3 min. on foot
🛒 Denner: approx. 1 min.
🛒 Migros: approx. 5 min.
🚶 Zürich HB: approx. 8 min. on foot
🚋 Zürich HB: 2 tram stations

An uncomplicated, respectful and pleasant coexistence where everyone feels comfortable is important to us.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and reliable person who is interested in uncomplicated shared apartment life and is looking for a temporary and affordable living option in Zürich from January to March.

💰 Rent
CHF 700.– per month
Including utilities and cleaning service (1× per month, common rooms).
